1. General provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Conditions") set out the rules of participation of the User of the mobile application in the 24U Bonus Program (hereinafter referred to as the Program).
1.2. The program is a promotional event, the purpose of which is to stimulate consumer demand, attract attention, increase awareness and loyalty, keep up and increase consumer interest in the Organizer's trademarks and services for their further promotion in the market.
1.3. Start date of the Program is December 20, 2020 The Program is valid until the Organizer terminates the Program unilaterally.
1.4. These Conditions are an integral part of the 24U User Agreement, the current version of which is available at https://24u.app/terms (hereinafter referred to as the "User Agreement"). Information posted in the User's account is also an integral part of the Conditions.
1.5. The following definitions are used in these Conditions:
Bonus means a calculated bonus unit credited to the User's Bonus Account in accordance with the Conditions when the User performs actions and meets requirements determined by the Organizer unilaterally, which are the basis for awarding Bonus Points. Bonus does not have a cash equivalent and does not give the User the right to receive them in cash equivalent. The validity period for bonuses is unlimited, until the Organizer terminates the program unilaterally.
Bonus Account means the User's account in the account where bonus operations are performed. Bonus account provides information on all transactions made by the User with bonuses. Bonus account is expressed in bonus points. Bonuses are credited to the Bonus Account and debited from the Bonus Account when purchasing goods from the Organizer in accordance with the Conditions.
Organizer means UNIKUM LLC, a legal entity duly registered and operating in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, with the registration address of the legal entity: 8/12 Bolshoy Krasnoprudny Tupik, floor 0, unit 2, room 1, office 2.
Application means a 24U mobile application available for iOS and Android operating systems. The application is a service for paying for goods at self-service stores: vending machines, micromarkets, and others.
User means the person using the Application.
Bonuses mean incentive bonus points that can be used in accordance with these Conditions.
1.6. In the Conditions there may be used the terms not defined above. In this case, the interpretation of the term is performed in the following order: firstly, by the User Agreement, secondly, by the legislation of the Russian Federation, then in prevailing (common) manner on the Internet.
2. Participation in the Program
2.1. The opportunity to participate in the Program is available for Users who are legally capable individuals who have reached the age of 18 (eighteen) years, or individuals who have not reached the specified age, provided that their consent to these Conditions is expressed by their legal representatives. Furthermore, Users shall meet the following conditions simultaneously:
2.2. In the Application account, the User has provided reliable information about himself/herself and accepted the Conditions by entering his/her email address and confirmation code from a text message or logging in by using third-party services;
2.2. The User complies with the Conditions of the Program.
2.3. The Program Organizer has the right to deny participation in the Program or exclude the user from the program, including, but not limited to, in case of non-compliance with clause 2.1.1 of the Conditions and/or in case of abuse of the right. In case there is revealed a violation of the Conditions and/or abuse of rights the Organizer is entitled to suspend the User's participation in the Program, refuse the User in providing Bonuses, debit Bonuses accrued previously granted to a User as an incentive, and also to recover from the User losses to the full extent in case of the breach of the Conditions and/or abuse of rights.
3. Bonus Points accrual and usage
3.1. Bonus points can be provided to the Client as rewards under the Program.
3.2. Each user of the Application has a bonus account; information on its status is available in the User's account.
3.3.Accrual and debit of Bonus Points:
3.3.1. Bonus points are awarded to the user in the amount of 5% of the cost paid in rubles of the Russian Federation for in-app purchases (24U).
3.3.2 The Organizer is entitled to change the coefficient of point reward for in-app purchases paid in rubles of the Russian Federation (24U)
3.3.2. Not all self-service stores connected to 24u support the accumulation and debiting of bonus points. The Organizer will try to take measures to inform Users about the stores, but does not guarantee that such measures will be taken or that such measures will be successful.
3.3.3. If the self-service store supports payment with bonus points, when creating an order in the cart, the User will be offered an opportunity to apply the previously accumulated Bonus Points.
3.3.4. When making a purchase in the Application, the User has the right to apply Bonus Points in the form of a discount to the cost of such a purchase at the rate of 1 Bonus = a discount of 1 ruble of the Russian Federation.
3.3.5. The amount of bonus points planned to be credited may differ from the actual amount accrued due to non-delivery of goods or failure to pay for the order. The final amount of points credited to the account is indicated on the page after the order is completed.
3.4. The Organizer may, at its sole discretion, impose restrictions on the list of products for which no Bonus Points are awarded. The Organizer will try to take measures to inform Users about such products and services, but does not guarantee that such measures will be taken or that such measures will be successful.ъ

3.6. Bonus Points applying:
3.6.1. Bonus points specified in the cl.3.3.1-3.3.5 are credited to the Bonus Account after the User makes a purchase.
3.6.2. For the cost of goods partially paid with Bonus Points, Bonus Points are awarded only for the part of the cost paid with money (less Bonus Points debited when purchasing).
3.6.3. If you fully pay for the product with Bonus Points, 1 ruble is debited. Points for this purchase are awarded on the ruble debited.
3.7. All claims regarding accrual of Bonus points are accepted by the Organizer only to the following e-mail: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
3.8.The Organizer, at its sole discretion and without warning, may establish other grounds (cases) for accrual and/or non-accrual of Bonus Points, including that for certain categories of Users.
3.9. The number of available Bonuses for each purchase is calculated automatically based on the total quantity of Bonuses available, taking into account the restrictions set out in cl. 3.3.2, 3.3.5, 3.5.7. and 3.7 of these Conditions. The user is not given an opportunity to choose a different number of bonus points used to receive a discount at his/her own discretion. The user is entitled to either use bonuses or refuse to use them for a certain purchase.
3.10. If the purchase was canceled for any reason after the Bonus was credited, the Bonuses accrued for the canceled purchase are debited from the User's Bonus Account.
3.11. If a purchase for which the User applied bonus points as a discount is canceled when, bonuses used in the corresponding part of the purchase will be returned to the User's Bonus account automatically after the purchase is canceled.
4. Final provisions
4.1. These Conditions are valid from 20.12.2020.
4.2. The Organizer has the right to cancel Bonus Points without prior notice if the Organizer has grounds to qualify the User's actions as an abuse of the right (Article 10 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation), or if it is revealed that Bonus Points have been awarded illegally a as a result of fraudulent or other illegal actions on the part of the User.
4.3. The Organizer is entitled to update these Conditions at any time with immediate effect by posting the updated Terms and Conditions at the following link: https://24U.app/bonus All such changes will take effect after they are published, and the User is deemed to have accepted any such changes as a result of the User's use of the Application from that moment on.
4.4. The User undertakes not to disclose to third parties the data necessary to access the account. If the User has any suspicions about the security of the data mentioned above or the possibility of their unauthorized use by third parties, the User undertakes to immediately notify the Organizer.
4.4. In case of loss of Bonus Points from the User's Bonus Account due to disclosure of data for access to the account to third parties by the User, Bonus points are not recovered.
